Happy Birthday Cupcake

This was done for my second entry into SVG Cutting Files Challenge.  I used the Stitch Up Cupcake from SVG Cutting Files.  From Jaded Blossom I used 1x8 Treat Bags, Treat Tag Die, Mini Tag Die, and Sweet Birthday Wishes.  From Trendy Twine I used Blue Berry, Strawberry Cupcake, Lemon Tart, and Chocolate Cupcake.
