Birthday Layout

Hippo Saturday!!! Today is my day over on the Scrapping for Less Blog!  I wanted to create a Birthday layout.  We all need to make sure we are documenting those special events.

Below is a close up of the scene my daughter stamped out for me and I colored with my Copics

This is a kit that Scrapping for Less has that you can purchase.
For the cake die I used white and then I used my Tim Holtz Distressing Inks.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your Day!!!

Dragonflies in the Sky

Hello and welcome! Today is my day over on the SVG Attic Blog! I'm so excited to share with you this card! I was asked by a good friend to create an anniversary card for him to give his bride of 19 years! Of course I said YES!!! He said he wanted dragonflies and what he wanted it to say. This is what I created.

I started with the base card from Be Mine double bi fold Valentine a7 card.
I edited out the Flourish and made them a bit smaller to fit the card.

The font is a die from Jaded Blossom.
The paper is Doodlebug Design.
For the dragonflies I used white cardstock and Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks to watercolor them.
Sequins are from Kennedy Grace.

The paper inside is embossed with Cloud Die from Lawn Fawn.

Thank you for stopping by for all the details!

Sweet Tweets.

Today I'm over on the Scrapping for Less Blog.  I had lots of fun with Pink and Main's  Air Mail  Stamp Set. I created a shaker card and a tag.

The sequins are from Kennedy Grace Collections

I also used Lawn Fawn's Stitched Cloud embossed Die backdrop Portrait. To color in the stamps I used Tim Holtz Distressed Oxide Inks and my water brush.

Also use Trendy Twine's Totally Yellow. I just love the pop it adds.
Cardstock is Doodlebug Designs.

Thanks for stopping by and remember...

SFL-free card class

Hello all! I was one of the lucky ones to be able to do the Free Card Class that Teresa from Scrapping for Less offered.  She provided everything stamped and cut out. And then she also provided a video tutorial as well. This kit had everything from Lawn Fawn which you can buy in SFL Store.

I used my Copics to color in the kittys.  I did do 2 things different then the video and that was ink edges and I popped a few items on the cards. Hope you enjoy!  Don't forget to stop by Scrapping For Less FB page to find out more details about future card classes
